Need help instaling.

I bought this game a while ago but have since then had to redo my cpu a few times and I reinstalled it each time. Now it keeps saying "The serial number has already been registered. Please contact your distributor." Any idea how to do this or how to fix it?

You can only install the license a certain number of times (3?) before getting this error.
