Near's ABS attack delay.

Hi All,

I was just curious if the PLAYER's attack delay in near's script is normal, changeable, unaviodable, or unusual.

I first started with the SDK Test Bed, noticed large delay, then I set up a new project (SDK 1.5, ABSv4, Near's Keyboard Module 5), and I still recieved a large delay between attacks shown when pressing "D"...

I'm assuming that this is some sort of "Turn" thing, preventing super fast attacks, but I'm just looking for a way to change the frequency of the USER.

It's changeable, but Near and I spent one hell of a time trying to debug it and he no longer has RMXP so there are still some things that haven't been fixed.

Originally the delay is to stop from button mashing, the loop hole around it is that skills don't have this delay. So you can change a few skills into a form of regular attack.
