This is a sprite of Naruto from Shippuden, please give me your honest opinion about it.

Did you just take a Naruto sprite and paste it on top of the RTP template?

No, I made this, seriously. I used a cleric as a base and used a thief for the hair. I repainted it and everything with Mspaint.

It needs shading, regardless of it being a rip or not.

Yup, It's really flat right now. You should also change the colour of the ear to match with the RTP skin.

make a dosu kinuta, yoroi akado, or aoi man. Those are the best naruto characters! Or someone can show me a link for a free,easy to set up graphic-editing system and I can do this on my own...

I am using paint. It's really easy to use and all of noobs can see, are they have talent to pixels or not.
