My shot at quick time events

This has been bothering me all day at work, after i got an idea for a game, and was wondering like this would work out. So I got home, and jumped on RMXP, and messed around for a little bit. And heres what i came up with, it seems to work out fine, but i want others feedback on it.

I know I need to fix the wait times in it, and Im wondering if its possible to use GIF picture ingame.

Why not try telling us what exactly it is, what it's supposed to do, etc. so that anybody who is tempted to comment isn't going into a download blind? Not only that, but screenshots might make more people willing to try it out.

It's not responsive. I hit the 'a' button (and even the 'x' button, which is assigned to 'a') and I still die. Two play throuhgs, one with 'a' and one with 'x', two Game Overs.

Works for me. If you hold down the A key (X Button), as soon as the white picture appears, it satisfies the Conditional & passes to the next page.
You have a "Wait 20 frames" after the picture, so you need to be holding the key down 1/2 second after the picture displays.
If you hit the key, and let go within that 1/2 second, it's not being held down when the Conditional executes.

Make sense?

And no, you can't use GIF. convert your image to .png or .jpg
