Here Is Mamoru, Queen Beryl, Black Lady, Queen Serenity And Princess Serenity (Mamoru's Hair is just a recolour, the rest i made:D )
How about this hair on Mercury ( I can now see what u mean about her hair ':|)

They look great! and funny.
Only Sailor Mercury looks a bit... don't know... something with her ears... or the hair...
But besides that, they rock!

Mercury's hair is too wide. The most it comes to behind her ears, not poofing out to the side. Use the sprites from Sailor Moon: Another Story for reference (worked wonders for me when i wanted to sprite wavey hair).

I like these! It'd be great if you'd do more, like Tuxedo Mask and that little pink-haired girl (what's her name?)

But Mercury does look a bit off for some reason.

Mercury looks tons better. I'd be awesome if you'd finish all of them, and start on the other Sailors like Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus.

Concerning Black Lady, I think her hair is too pink. I don't know how to describe it. It's lighter shades of pink. Otherwise, I love the other set of SM sprites! Much love to ya.
