Thank you for your interested in RPG Maker XP.
Unfortunately, we don't have any plan to release RPG Maker XP in PAL version; we have not released even original RPG Maker and RPG Maker II.
Roughly explaining, because these games are too deep (detailed, lengthy, complex) with a lot of game play, we have made none of the RPG Maker series in PAL version.

(Us English are mad on RPG? We even act them out for real and go hitting each other with rubber swords etc?)
