My new laptop didn't startup correctly

My new laptop (an Acer Aspire 5532) didn't startup correctly and I ran Startup Repair twice, to no avail. I did get some sort of error report though:

If so; send it back.
If no; send it back.

Start it in Safe mode. IE, Before the Windows Logo shows, Hit F8 and select Safe mode. If it boots up that way, then it is a problem with something that starts when your computer boots.

Also, I have never gotten the Start-Up Fixer to work correctly.
