My first try

I've been messing around with rpg maker xp for a while now and I thought I
should try some spriting.

Anyway I decided to do something simple first so here it is a simple recoulor of the animal 01 sprite from rpg maker.
I'm going to do the rest soon.

Feed back would be apreciated!

Edit:I've attempted to fix the problem of the head looking as if it were morphed to the body.
Tell me if it looks better!

Another Edit:I redid my shading! Please notify me if it looks better or worse.

It's kind of dark, so it's difficult to see, but it looks like the dog's head melted into it's body. Perhaps you could add a few more highlights and shadows so that the dog's general shape (i.e. muscles, outlines etc) are a little more apparent.

yeah as sated before, way too dark. Black = naughty naughty color, and should be used as sparingly as possible in anything you do.

I am trying to make a evil dog. Sorry if i didn't say that before:D .
But i still may lighten it up a bit.

positive side -
It looks like a evil robot dog.

Negative Side -
It doesnt look like the default RTP
It appears to be un-shaded
And everything the other people said.

1.I know it doesn't look like the standard rtp but i wasn't going for a particular style of sprite.
2.I'm currently trying to redo some of the shading.
