My first sprite

Hello everyone this is my first sprite, I'm hoping to be able to use it in a zombie game, tell me how to improve it (He's a 31 year old grocery manager that's stuck in a zombie outbreak) (I've been trying to add hair to him but it doesn't look good can any one help me with it?)

It's feels like there's too much use of dithering on his still poses.  the shirt is also blocky as crap on the bottom, round it out.

I don't know if this was intentional or not, but on the third frame in, his tie is 1 pixel too far to the right. And one other thing, you're using the old HK template, did you realise?

Are his shoes and pants just two tones?  You severely need more contrast in that palette.

Thats the new template form The HKCP (http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=39088.0) and about the shoes and pants, im redoing the sprite and using more shades and a new belt, ill make sure to make the shoes and pants different
