Not bad I guess, It needs a little tidying up on the face, and why is her mouth constantly moving ? from _ to . It looks like she's trying to talk, and on the sideviews, it looks like she has a hand over her mouth.
If you tidy it up a little, it would be a nice Character.

as jbrist said, you have to work on her mouth. it really looks strange to me.
another thing you should change is her hat.
she seems to be a well dressed woman so you should recolor the hat with the palette of her dress and maybe add some decoration to it to make it more interesting.

i know i fixed that ^_^ in game she can't talk and she lives in a dessert and she is the king's daughter so she kinda needs to wear a dress..

Hmm, I would suggest maybe change the hat into a sunday hat, sort of pink-ish, but that would be more for the spring-area types, so I think, If it's desert then it would fit with the environment.
