Thats not bad for MSPaint, as far as design goes, 10/10 for heroics.  Not too sure abou the face though, but Hell as a sprite it'll look good for your hero.
I thought I'd see it better on a HalfKaizer, design-wise its pretty solid.

You'll have to excuse the lack of shading, I only wanted to see the design really.

@Kelg: I love his adorable face, might I suggest a darker colour scheme? I doubt any would-be heroes would wear such garish colours. Try it around the basis of |3_32's design, he's got the right idea.

thanks for the comments guys. I tried to redo the color scheme like you said Dokien.:P
So above I have posted a pic with 2 recolored versions of the character and the one marked "A" is the original.
