Music won't play in RMVX

Hello, when I create games on RMVX (or any other RPG Maker), the music doesn't play. The sound effects sound all good but music doesn't play. I have reinstalled it to see if it would work and I am running RMVX version 1.02

When I updated my drivers it said that my drivers were at latest edition and didn't need updating.

And for more specific:

The Background music isn't playing when i test play. Only the effects as in like a click or something like that plays.
