Does anyone know a good music maker.. for XP I really need it

Guitar pro is a great program.
especially with a real sound engine.
I suggest trying it.

It depends on what you are looking for.

Can you read music? Do you have any knowledge of musical theory? Etc..

Atm this thread is horribly vague and I dont think anyone could reccommend something good without any of your pre-requisites.
