our beloved admin the commodore has moved all sitewide music discussion threads into one forum,
and as a free extra you all get this subforum TOO!!

HOWEVER
some rules have to be taken into consideration for this board.
of course all sitewide rules apply in this subforum,
but we also want to prevent this from becoming a quick music dump.

so there is only one rule in this forum, and its a very basic one:

Don't post any songs in here without context.

Example threads are:

If you have any questions, feel free to drop moog (atlet) or I a PM; I will be glad to answer any questions you might have.

In this thread we discuss music. You can discuss music from the music collection thread,
or bring up some new music to discuss. (ideally, post new music in the MST, and discuss it here)

This is meant for SERIOUS discussion though. If you just want to give your opinion, or
post 1 song, i'd recommend you go to the what are you listening to thread.

Man I just found this band and I like the instrumentals but its gets repetetive really quickly. Overall they have a sort of "indie" sound thats already been done, kinda like Arcade Fire with a pop-ish feel. Comments?

their intro is VERY long though, before the song gets going.

also wyatt, i've been listening to florence and the machine, and they're actually pretty good
so thank you for asking me about them. I like their songs Cosmic Love, and the cover of 'you've got the love' of the cd Lungs the most, do they have any more songs that are not on the cd which are still worth listening?
