Multiple Tilesets? RPG Maker XP

Hi everyone, I know you hate the newbs around here, but I have actually been a part of the forum for a while now. I have a question which has been haltering the progress on my RPG for some time now. I understand that when you start a new map you choose a tileset...but what if you want to use multiple tilesets? (two types of grass, different building structure...etc)Does anyone know how to use more than one? I really like the tilesets that come with RPG Maker XP - does anyone have a link to all of them combined into one tileset?

Thanks a bunch for your help. You guys and girls are the best. Good luck on future projects and thanks for the help.

To do that, you'd have to fuse the tilesets. It's pretty simple, really - just open the tilesets in your graphic editor, paste one in below the other one, and save it as a new file.

I think there's a more in-depth guide somewhere in Tutorials, I'll take a look for you and edit my post later.

Thanks man...that would be very much appreciated

You can do it in paint (be sure to get it pixel by pixel right though, remember RMXP see's things in grids)
and typically I think it's C:/Program files/Common files/Enterbrain/RTP or something very similar

Could someone post a link or post a picture to a tileset where all the originals are in one?

Anyone?

I have another question too. I hate the default UMS that comes with RPG Maker XP. Can someone here tell me how to get a good one imported into my game (preferably one with a spot for a character face or something). Thanks for everyones help...you guys are awesome.

Please don't double post. ~ Atemu
