MP3 Event 111?

In a MIDI, the music will loop from wherever the MIDI Controller Event b06f 111, MIDI event 111 for short, is.

Is there some sort of MP3 Event 111, where you can make an MP3 loop from a specific point?

I know making MP3's and such loop is possible, it's done all the time in offical video games.

If MP3's are looped, it's done with the software that plays them, not within the file.

There was someone who released some way of looping Music with this wierd program (can't remember name).
I'll try to find it but I doubt I will lol.

You can make a .mo3 file with your music file(as sample).

However, RPG Maker XP doesn't support it by default, you have to use some script(and winamp plugins..) to use it.
