Moving System Folders

I'm using Windows XP (SP3), and I got a new hard drive considerably larger than I currently have. I want to use the new hard drive as my primary storage (My Documents, Program Files, etc), but I want to keep the WINDOWS folder on the old one. I don't want to install Windows onto the new drive just to have the folders there. In a sense, I want to have my data separate from the system like how Linux/UNIX can make separate partitions for /bin and /home.

Now how would I go about doing this?
