Moving only uses last three frames

I know I've seen this before, but I can't seem to find it. What I'm requesting is a script that makes the walking animation only use the last three frames, with the first frame being a 'standing still' frame.

Try my Eight Direction & More Frames system.

You can set it to work with 4 or 8 directions, and you can adjust the number of frames. In YOUR case, you'd be setting the frames to '3' and the standing animation to true... and all the directional switches & stuff to work 4 directions (unless you are using 8 directions ).
