Motorbike help!

I made this sprite intending for the bike to be moving but im not sure what else i can do to show that the bike is moving :S
please help :S

P.S. Credit to eriol clowphengire for the koemushi template :thumb:

I think if you made a side view it would be easier to make it look like its moving. You can also make the wheel more visible to make it easier to show that the wheel is moving. At the moment I see to little of the wheel to realize that its moving unless I focus on it.

Start by changing the color of the bike some more, looks like it's almost the exact same color as the suit he's wearing making hard to tell character apart from the machine.
And you can use the rest of the frames to make the hair move a bit more fluidly.

I think that making the bike move one pixel lower for one frame might do the trick, but i'm not too sure. Maybe using two frames would work better..?
Experiment with that.

okay ill take your advice and recolour the bike, make the wheel show some more and add more frames for his hair , thanks :thumb:

how about the bike moving up and down by one pixel, to give the feel that the motorbike is rumbling, becuase when you sit on a bike it kind rumbles up and down...

this is the only thing i could think of =/ (even tho it looks like a pogo stick)

i just added more frams with one of the frames going up one pixel.

Finally, it got its important parts, and it now moves smoothly!

For me, it needs moar shine so I tried my coloring rendition to your work.
BTW, that's only my 5 centavos.

okay ive started the side view and here it is:

i havnt got round to animating it yet but ive tryed to add more shine, like you said, Eriol

Thank you for viewing
