Mother 3 Battle System???

Hi everybody, I am trying to make an extension of Mother 3, and am looking for a script for the battle system.

Does anyone know a script for this, or how to make one? I am not good with scripting so If no one knows, then I will have to find a way to learn.

Anyway, what I am looking for looks something like this:

No its not like Dragon Quest, I guess its a bit hard to explain but basically what I want is the battle menu down bottom of that picture. What it does is the sprites heads pop up above their own names when it is their own turn. Plus The rolling odometer for their HP/PP, which as far as I know has been causing a lot of people trouble.
