I have some more songs I want to share with you guys. Please give me some C&C on these! Credit me if you use them.

Cruel Winter (midi)
The theme I originally had in mind for this song was for a mysterious/dark winter night. I made this song in about 20 min, so for the short amount of time put into this song I'm pretty content.

Secrets (mp3)
I'm not a metalhead or anything, but I had a great deal of fun making this song! I think it'd suit a modern/futuristic kind of RPG. It could work as a short battle theme as well. Not my best work, but I don't think it's that bad either.

I was working on two other songs as well, but I decided to scrap them as I didn't like how they turned out. Any tips on how to improve them would be appreciated!

I just found this song to be too plain and boring to work with, so I cancelled it.

I liked the two first songs, especially the 'Secrets' one. The first song lacked a some structure, but for 20 mins of work, it's good, really.

Wow the secrets song sounds awesome. Ive been playing guitar for like 10 years and it actually sounds like something id enjoy playing. Just curious what did you use to make these songs, they sound really good.

Secrets might be the most diffucult song to fit into an actual game. Glad you like it, though!

I made these songs using Guitar Pro 5. You might want to check it out if you enjoy songwriting, it's really easy to use.

Both of the completed ones sound great, really like the secrets one, though it doesn't really loop.

Peronaly though I think you could have edited secrets a bit more... Just the start makes me get all amped but it dosn't speed up = (... Still has a nice beat though! Even the failed projects were preaty good! I wish I could fail at music and have it turn out good. Lol.

The first version of secrets was a lot different actually, but in the end I decided not to speed it up. I think it's better this way.

@grim: I haven't had the time to make it loopable, yet but I'll look into it when I get to my own computer.

It's not completely new as I imported an old midi I made back when I was 16 or so and made some changes to it. Although it's not finished I think it's enough to get an impression.
