Monster Stats and Formulas? Etc.

I want to start my game out with really low HP and Damage. I have all custom monsters for my world and I need to make them all from scratch. The issue, is that guessing and checking is a terrible hassle.

Does anybody know the actual formulas for the stats? (Example: If the 1d100 + Atk = Attack  Attack must be the Evasion score of opponent)

That above example was something used in an old tabletop RPG game I had played, and perhaps RPG Maker XP holds a similar concept.

I just need to know what I'm working with so I can build a steady, fluid game.

No, seriously, what makes you think you put a help question in the tutorials section? Even if you wanted someone to write a tutorial on it, then there's tutorial requests, that nice, shiny link up top. Or maybe in support?

Use an autorunning event on the starting map, that sets the initial value for the character HP and MP. Easy peasy.
The commands names are: Change HP and Change SP on the third page.
