MMORPG Styled Stat Growth

Anyone that has played Ragnarok will know what I'm talking about. I'm more posting this to see if it has already been made, and I cannot find it. I'd rather not have anyone go out of their way to make this. I did search, forever.

Description:

When a character levels they'll get saaayy three stat points. The player can put those three stat points into whichever stat he/she chooses. Stats being str, dex, agi, etc. Hp/mp would go up with vit/mag.

If anyone can help me/point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it!
