Mini... template? Not spriting

Boredom spawned (what I think) is a neat little template: a mini one. Of course, I'm not sure exactly what it could be used for (a PSP-sized page, maybe? meh, I don't know how wide it should be. Anyways, this little template is free for use etc. etc. Comments and Critique (How to improve it) would be greatly appreciated.

It's called Grayscale, even though it's red, blue, and grey. :/ I was tired. [/excuse]

It's pretty simplistic, which makes it nice and balanced. The contrast is well balanced, but the title could be bigger, as the red, though unique, does not draw enough attention.

Overall, good work, djzalzer ! Kudos on a nice template.

What should I do to add more contrast? Saturate it more, make it glow? :/
