Midi Tracks won't play right.

How do I make midi tracks play right? I put a midi into my game, but when I played it in the game, it sounded completly different. What do I have to do?

In RMXP, the interbred monkeys at Enterbrain made all Midi tracks as WAV files. In therory, this isn't a bad idea, but anyone who has a good MIDI card or makes good MIDIS - CAN'T USE THEM. And not only that, their MIDI is very bad. This also happens in RMVX.

Convert your MIDIs into MP3's and have a good day.

See here for more info and a demonstration (RMVX, but could work on RMXP): http://youtube.com/watch?v=aiss9Z_hJWE

False.  RMXP and RMVX are using a standard Windows MIDI synth.  If the MIDI doesn't sound right, check to see its format.  Chances are that you're trying to play an XG MIDI.  The standard synth RMXP/RMVX uses only plays General MIDI.

Remember, "If the MIDI is made correctly, it will sound correctly."

You can remedy that by converting it to an MP3 as well.

So we have two solutions here!
