I took pixelpaint and modified it so I could make diagrams of minecraft creations.
Click on a tile in the palette, then click on the main window to place the tile. Right-click erases tiles.
Page Up/Down goes up/down a Z level. Arrow keys move the view area. Holding shift will move the view area faster.
F1 toggles gridlines, F2 toggles the minimap, and F3 toggles the display of the layer under the current.
The new button erases everything, the clear button erases the current Z level, the save button saves, the load button loads, and the import button does nothing because nobody has any diagrams to import from the first version of the program.
