Mario RPG Bbattle Command Style

I was looking for a script that could make my battle commands such as, "skills", "attack" and so on be in a certain order. What I am trying to say is like make Attack be above your character, Skills to the right, Items to the left, and defend below him. Each battle command would be in a box also. If you don't get what I am saying then if you have ever played the SNES Mario RPG then I want my battle commands to be arranged like that.
