Map moving problem/glitch

I have no idea what is happening but i'm making a map of a town that no matter how many times I set the priority and passage when in game play it always makes it so I can walk on water, walk through walls and can't want onto random spaces like behind a tree and on a flag! I NEED HELP :cry: :cry: :pissed: :down:
I'm also using a Dynamic time system 5.1
and sephirothspawns detection script if that helps at all.

I fell like I just typed this elsewhere...

The tile that you use to erase makes a huge difference. If you used any tile but the top-left tile to erase anything, especially anything on the second or third layer, this can happen. Only the top-left tile is safe.

On the plus side, you can use this trick to your advantage when making secret passages.

thanks for the advice but I filled all empty spaces with another tile and filled it again with the top left and it still happens.
Does it matter if i'm using rm2k3 tilesets?

Not really, no. You have to make sure that both the second and third layers are filled with the top-left tile, if there is no other tile for them to display. If there is a passable tile above or below that specific tile, then it will automatically override it.

Yeah, I'm sure that there is only the top left tile in the vacant places.
Is there also any problems you can think on or (Glitch) that could be in the following scripts?

Ccoa's weather script
Ccoa's Tileset Swap
Dubleax's AMS
Sephi's light cones
DTS time window By Robot 79796 modified by eharper256
JT's DTS setup
And sephs detection system

I'm thinking that it might be Ccoa's tile set swap.


Edit: I have experimented and have found out that if I double layer an object it becomes solid again.
(Doubling the layer as in putting another of the same thing one it)
 
I had this same problem not to long ago and I believe Josh answered it. What he told me to do was make one blank tile impassable and set that over every tile I didn't want players to pass. It works although I am having the problem again and it isn't fixing it this time but it is weird this time as well...
