Map is getting cut off

The tiles that are obscuring the grass have a higher priority than the grass, in this case, 1.  The best solution to this problem is to make a copy of those tiles within the same tileset, but with a priority of 0 (this can be done only with a graphics editor, unfortunately, not with RPG Maker XP).
 
Are you just talking about the grass tiles and the "undulation" autotile?

It may be a problem with the priority on the cliffs.

Could you take a screen shot of what It looks like in the editor.
 
Yup, priority issues. You could raise the priority of the grass tiles, and that autotile. But If that creates problems (not sure how It would) listen to poccil's advice and have a copy of the tiles in your tileset, with a different priority.
 
He meant that you should open up the tileset in a simple image editor such as paint and then copy the long grass tiles, making sure that they stay in their 32 pixels by 32 pixel format and paste that into the tileset in a different area. Save and then import into your game, and in the database you can have the same tile with two different priorities.

Um, well in that area you could use the same tile but with a lower priority.

Or to simplify things alot more, just avoid placing tiles over that cliff tile. By the way you didn't increase the priority of the autotile.
 
Okay... I see your problem.

When setting the priority of the grass, ONLY set the top 3 tiles to 1. Leave everything else at 0, otherwise your player will be underneath it. Another method is to just delete the top layer of grass in the mapeditor and use events with the grass sprite set to Always on Top.

For the cliffs, delete the top parts of the cliff you shouldn't be able to see. You should see Kraft's Cliffs 101 map tutorial, put as MANY things on the 1st layer as you can. That should settle the priority issues.
