Making Character Image in Chat Boxes

By default, if you chat with a NPC in the game, it will onyl allow the text to be shown. However, is there a way to not just show the text, but the character image on the side?(like on the left of text). It doesn't have to be character image, but any image yo choose. Is that even possible?
