Magnus' XP Character Sprite Collection

I've just started spriting some of my characters and I'd like some feedback to make sure it's coming out okay.

Does this look alright?

I love the way its shaded i would only make eyes a lil bit darker, 1 color darker of the pallette because i think it needs contrast in the face. just a lil bit not too much, too much would take out that celestial look it has

But im loving it

@Busbuzz:  Well, they eyes are kinda supposed to be light because he's supposed to be blind.  But yeah, I can see what you mean.

@Noliander: Yup, I did the battler myself.  Drawing is my specialty, but pixeling is much harder for me. ^_^

At first I thought it was a female due to the light colored hair and thin body structure, until you said something about "him" being blind.

These are very good. I love the color palette for the hair, light and lively. Good job.

Just added another new sprite up.  I'd like to announce that I officialy hate pixeling any sort of armor.  Feedback on the new sprite is much appreciated.

Pretty good so far. The shading is a bit pillowy but other than that it's pretty good for a first. Your artwork is really good. And yeah I feel your pain of hating to sprite but not minding to draw. :3 Anyways for armor make sure to give it a super high contrast on the hylight and it'll make it look more metalic.

About the new illustration i would make the hips thiner to make her look more like a girl

Thinner?  But girls generally have wider hips than guys.  O.o

Wow that's pretty good!(better then I could do)
However on the second one the hair almosts seems out of place as though just stuck on. That's just my opinian though. Very nice and keep it up.
