Story

My mother argued with me all the way to the station. Though I hardly paid attention to her.
I was taking in the clear skies as I will soon be in a place that is up amongst the clouds.
My father was emperor of the Han dynasty. The Han dynasty ruled all of the planet Huang since
Han Ji the first emperor. However on my father 40th birthday he made a law ending Huang Imperialism and started democracy. He was prime minister till he died five days ago. The day after the funeral his most trusted adviser stop by my mother and I home to tell me I inherited his manor in Maerus and money all 1 billion yuan. My mother who divorced my father hated him and wanted me to give it up. However I decided to move in. Being I was only 15 my mother asked my auntie(father's sister) to move in with me. They were weird my aunt was the only one who I could trust. Since the age of six I have been able to see inside people. To see their......blood. I tried to tell this to my mother and all I got was 6 years of therapy. My aunt is the only one who believed me. But my aunt believe just about anything. After saying goodbye to my mother I boarded the train and made my way towards Maerus. Such a strange name for a town it was named for a missionary who visited the dynasty. It is in Maerus that I meet a boy name Yuen Jin Yu. The boy I fell in love with, the boy who more than anything thirst for my blood. My vampyric lover. This is our story. The story of my lyfe.

Personality: Scarcastic, witty, and depressed. All these things make up Bai He perosnality. She is a outsider by nature and would rather be left alone than be around anyone. This all change when she meets Ah Jin.

Yuen Jin Yu(Ah Jin)
Age: 15
Hair: Brown
Weapon: Gun
Personality: Ah Jin is the popular boy at Han Academy. He is a autocrat as his family own most of the business in any city. He is the school most popular boy and is great at sports. He is usually hanging around close friends and his siblings. He is also a pureblood vampire.

Jiang Qing Nian
Age: 17
Hair: green
Weapon: Daggers
Personality: He is a snob with a capital S. Because his family owns the cafe, karaoke bars, and candy shops in three cities he think he is more superior than any teen in the school. He like Bai He but when he finds out that she is in love with Ah Jin he become jealous and picks on Ah Jin regularly.

Liu Ya Nong
Age: 16
Hair: Blond
Weapon: Bow
Personality: Ya Nong is a priestess and is a half blood vampire. She is smart and is as popular as Ah Jin. She is class president and own a manga store. Her family died when she was seven now her maid Li takes care of her needs and her butler Zhu. She is Bai He only friend.

This doesn't seem to bad actually. I like the storyline of her being a vampire, and inheriting a large manor. I don't like the facepics to be quite honest, and I've seen those images on google, all you've done is cropped them. Try either fixing them up so their the same style, find some new ones or don't bother with them at all.

Downloading the demo now. Good work so far anyways.

Hm the genre vampire thriller looks interesting. I downloaded both of the files but when I tried to extract the Lyfe(RMXP) it got stuck at BGM 09. Quan Shi Jie De Ren Dou Zhi Dao.mp3,

Is there a way I can solve this?
Also I can't extract the file Test.002, do I need to change it to another file type?

Your facesets are really inconsistent, and it looks like you just pulled them from random places across the internet. The different backgrounds in each one makes them look bad together and they're not even all the same size. You could try using FaceMaker for a quick and easy alternative-it's not the greatest by far but it's better than what you have, and you can at least make different emotions with them. (so that Jiang Qing Nian doesn't look happy when his dad just died or Han Bai He doesn't look sad when she just won the lottery) Or heck, why not go the extra mile and make your own? (You do realize that just because the characters are Asian they don't have to be generic anime faces?)

Make sure to have good use of screen tones in your maps. It's boring to see every map have the same brightness/darkness. Make the rainy maps have a tint of blue and grey. The sunny maps, a bit of yellow and green. They're extremely helpful in adding to the mood and atmosphere of the game. I see you've used some already, but don't be afraid to use some of the colours in there. As long as you don't overdo it!

I say this to a lot of RM games and I'll say it again-change the font of the game. RMXP's default font (Arial) is very bland looking and is used far too often. It's as simple as putting one line of code into Main. I'm not saying use Vivaldi or Brush Script-keep it easily legible, like perhaps Franklin Gothic or Garamond. Try some out and see which ones you like.

Your mapping needs work. Your rooms in the "Love" screenshot are waaay too big and empty. When was the last time you saw a person's room so big they could fit half a basketball court in there? And don't even bother with the light coming from the windows, because I hate that tile and I don't know why they included it. Unless you try some cosmetic lighting effects like this or this then don't bother.

Your first screenshot, the one with the giant "Lyfe" on it, needs work as well. First, it actually took me a couple tries to realize that it said "Lyfe". Try a different font. And secondly, solid light green? Does not look very good. You can easily try making some sort of logo with GIMP that will at least look better than what you have.

The menu system has a big problem right now-I can't tell who's who, since there are no facesets or names telling me which character I'm looking at. And, I say this to a lot of people as well-try and change the graphics of that menu. It seems every single game that uses Moghunter's custom menu system don't even bother to change around the graphics to make it their own and stick with the ones that came with the system. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it!

Alright, that's enough for now. Try and work on at least a few of these things. Don't be afraid to experiment, either.
