Unload on me I want to become a lot better at making sprites, so any advice is great.

Plus any ideas you might have for armor wearing sprites or Barbarians =)

EDIT: for coyotecraft

I should ask first, is the grey part with the red cross cloth or metal? Its all grey so at first glance I thought it was all metal, but the part under the belt made me think otherwise.

The chain mail looks good. I've never sprited chain mail before but that's how I imagined doing it. I think it needs more contrast, more lights and darks to make it shimmer.
The cap is going to need some work, and the belt could be more defined.

Its good to see something other then the average body types. More variety is good.
Do you have any reference pictures you could show us to help get a better idea of what your making?

That last bit as a hood actually looks really cool - I can totally see that being on some kinda skeleton lich monster!
Although I'd darken that little triangle at the back, myself.

It doesn't look for skeleton like, the arms look skinny not bone like, same goes for the hands. Not sure about that head though. Very unnatural compared to a skeleton, but I guess this was a quick preview.

Was gonna try to make it half flesh half bone. Like his upper chest and shoulders and flesh on them then just the arms were bones sticking out. Im gonna take the head palette and use it for the rest of the skeleton because i think it looks better.

I like the hood, like Gratheo said, it looks like it could fit with some kind of lich-like monster.
The skeleton needs a lot of work though.
Let's start with the head. Half Kaizers don't have mouths or noses, therefore there's no need for there to be a jaw or little nose whole thingy on skull, the weird line under the eyes probably needs to go as well, lastly the skull isn't going to be the exact same size as the head, you gotta figure it's gonna be just a tad smaller.
On to the body. If you're keeping the flesh on the body then why is it the same color as the bone? O.o Put some color back into it. You need to show some kind of transition from skin to bone, like torn skin, or an open wound or something, it can't just be skin-bone, it doesn't work like that. You may also want to make the skin look more rotty and destroyed. If the corpse is to the point that it's bone is showing any remaining skin would probably be barely attached and severely decayed.
Last thing I'll comment on for now is your palette. It's dull, extremely boring, throw some color in there! Look at Showkaizer's work, see how his colors always seem to pop? Add like a blue or purple in as the colors get darker to just give it a little more flare.
Here's a small skeleton I did up REALLY quick(like 20 minutes?) it's no where near perfect since I rushed it but it should at least get you going in the right direction.
