Looping music? [XP]

I'm sure I've overlooked something simple, but how can I (with non-midi music) make the music loop at certain points?

The file I want specifically, I need it to loop back to 0:20.000 when it reaches 1:07.996.
(I currently have it in MP3 but converting is not a problem.)

There WAS a script that allowed you to use different music files.  One of those files were MO3 (I think that's the extension...) files, which are essentially looping MP3s.  I don't know where that script is or if anyone even has it still though.

Found the script, got it working fine. Thanks for the help.
(although MO3 playback didn't work, but IT format also acheived what I want)
