Looking for a tileset I had and lost.

Okay, I know this exists out there SOMEWHERE, I had it once, but lost the CD I stored the tilesets on. It's now haunting me, I want to get on with the development of my game, but Phanxgames, the site that originally hosted the tilesets, hasn't restored their resource database in over a year.

Basically, it's a bunch of modern/postmodern interiors/exteriors of various technopunk degree of RPG Maker XP. I've found a few of them uploaded to a site by a user "Socialdamage," I'm unaware if he's the author or the uploader. They're basically all mutations/arrangements of this tileset:

Please, I am on my knees, begging this great community, does anyone know where this tileset originated from, or exists in full?
I've googled for hours, to no avail. If anyone finds this, I will personally find you and worship you. (even though I'll have worse luck finding you than I did looking for this tileset)
