I need a script that draws an arrow on the screen. (Well, just shows a picture really).
In the script there needs to be a constant called "name", which can be set via call script.
There will be events on the maps which will be given certain names. The idea is, if an event is called the name that is in the constant, the arrow will point to that event.
There will be nine arrow images - up, down, left, right, top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right, and finally one for "here".
The script should work out where you are in location to that event, and from that it should draw the right arrow. The "here" arrow, will be for if you are directly on top of the event.
If the constant is set to none, it will not look for an event.
Hmm... more info...
The arrow will not appear if the event is not found on that map.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm thinking:

The arrow images will be... 50x50, and should appear at the coordinates (295,25).
Thanks, if you do this. If not thanks for looking anyway.
