Limit break script

Okaay, i realise that there are a few of these, but none of them work porperly. I wnat a limt break script that's compatible with what i believ to be ccoa's side view cbs. it should cahrge when the character is attacked. It should fade after one use i.e. Lance is hit X times and his limit guage is full. Preferably, an se plays. he looks in the skills menu, and goes across to limit break tye skills. He selects one, and performs it. Then the guage is reset. It can charge up several times in a battle, and can be carried over.
