Light Effect

Hello.
Just a quick question.
I was wondering how I could make a circle of light around the player, that follows the player, while the other stuff is dark.
Reference:

A parallel process event that continually draws a picture at the player's map coordinates works. Just make the picture a huge dark screen with a shaded transparent bit at the center.

Well, sure. There's not really much to say, though.

Step One: Create a picture that's entirely black except for a transparent center with blurry edges. A big one.

Something like this:

Spoiler: Dark!

Then, you just need an event kinda like this:

Spoiler: Darker!

That's XP, of course, but VX can Show Picture, right?

It worked, but there's one problem.
How do I get the circle of light to FOLLOW the player?
