When attempting to purchase the license for RPG Maker XP, I received a message saying that the purchase was rejected by the financial institutions and that I would not receive a license. Thinking I entered something in wrong, I tried again with the same result. Deciding to check my bank account to see if anything there would indicate a problem, I realized that I had been billed for each attempted purchase! So now I'm out $120 and haven't received anything for it. Is there any way to correct this? I've been looking for contact info on Enterbrain's site for contact info but can't find anything. Any suggestions?
