Levels of homes

I'm struggling to decide like levels of housing for my life sim game as in like cheapest home you can have in the game and most expensive and then everything inbetween so was wondering if anyone could help. For example stick rpg 2 has like a basement apartment, condos, penthouse. I need something similar to that but more home options and like what the rent/buy price should be and the kinda areas of the city they should be in
