Level up Box?

Can anyone help me wit this? okay, what i want is, a level up box, but also tells you when you have learned a new skill, like it would say, Level up! then all the stat changes, and then something like "Cross Cut Learned"! or whatever, so can one of you guys help me with this? I'd be appreciated :D Thanks! :D
