It's a good start, try blending the LPD more, and have more contrast on the trousers, the bright line on them seems weird.

I think the blue should be a little bit bluer, but it's looking great!

Also, I don't know why I didn't see this at once, on his chest it says "L.P.D" it should be "R.P.D".
