Laugh!

Research has shown health benefits of laughter ranging from strengthening the immune system to reducing food cravings to increasing one's threshold for pain. There's even an emerging therapeutic field known as humor therapy to help people heal more quickly, among other things. Humor also has several important stress relieving benefits. ~ from here.

So, let's hear it!

So, when was the last time you really laughed? I mean the kind of laughter that makes your belly ache, tears stream from your eyes or make you hope you'll be able to inch to the bathroom between laughing and gasping for breath. You know, it's the kind of thing that makes you giggle even now when you remember it.

For me, it was just a few minutes ago. I watched a video on Youtube that just had me cracking up to the point of my eyes tearing up. Maybe I'm just tired, but it was just so damn funny!

What about you?

"All along watch you pumping my retard, and you fill me with tar," Lmao.

That aside, strangely I can't really remember a time where I truly laughed. I'mean of course there are laughs now and then, but nothing really stands out at all. ._. That video was probably the most memorable one in a while.

DUKE DUKE! DUKE DUKE! DUKE DUKE, DADADA

I break into uncontrollable bouts of laughter at least twice a month. Especially when the holidays I enjoy are coming up. Most recently I had started playing with a Halloween decoration, a talking skull that for whatever reason had a sound sample of dogs going all bark crazy.

It made my youngest dog, a puppy really, spin around all confused and scared to the point that she tripped. She then ran up to me and nearly leaped into my arms - which is weird because I was standing up. She then noticed the skulls and started barking at it, the skulls are noise activated so it was a bark off between my dog and my decoration.

It didn't end well, when suddenly the random sound selection of the skull switched to a screaming woman and my dog actually attacked the skull.
It was hysterical seeing her walk around all proud with a bit of her mouth around the skull walking around with it like she just killed a mouse.

I'm still chuckling.

I'm very easy to laugh. I find a lot of s#!t amusing. Usually, when I write "lol", it's literal. Sometimes when I talk to dudes (and I mostly do--most chicks aren't into videogames and comic books and I;m not into shoes or babies), and I get all giggly all the time, they think I'm flirting. Seriously, I'm not. I just think everyone's f'ing funny, especially when they don't mean to be.

I don't see the point in staying straight-lipped, it's really rather boring. I'm not a happy-go-lucky kind of person-- I'm really rather introverted. But I do laugh. Not loudly, but it's there. Until I get home ... Then I "lol" at at a deafening roar ^_^.

Any girls do this too? When I'm in public, my laugh changes to a lilting, feminine laugh, and when I'm alone or with good friends, it changes to something more boorish and rollicking. It's totally subconscious. Is it a chick thing or is it a weird-assed me thing?

I do it as well, Venetia. I'm really shy in public, so I always try to be as quiet and less-attention getting as possible. (though, laughing quietly doesn't work, I kept getting hit on once since another kid liked how I laughed) But at home, I laugh really loud.

Concerning the topic, I laugh a lot. I just have to play some random game with my sister (like Saga Frontier) and me and her go back and forth making fun of the game and sometimes we just start laughing out of nowhere (making our mom think we're on drugs). So, yeah, I laugh a lot.

I laughs quite a bit as well...

But you know who laughs a TON? Trickster. Talk to him on ventrillo, all he does is laugh.

I had a laugh attack last week when I went out with friends. It was just too funny, but I can't remember what the reason was, in the end I couldn't stop and I just laughed without interuption till my body hurt.
I usually see anything and think it's funny then...
I don't know why but I seem to be very attentive(or my friends are very unattentive), but I'm usually the one who notices something extremely funny(well...or does something stupid), which the others didn't notice, then I'm laughing and the others don't know why.
Afterwards I'm usualy embarresed about being so loud but in these very moments I don't care, because I can't control myself.
I'm still smiling when I type this and think back...lol

If I don't laugh like that for a week straight, people should be very, very worried.

I'm easy to laugh, and I got quite some of people around me that would make excellent comedians. If I go out "with the guys", I get around 10 "laugh attacks" per hour. Though a drink might help with that.

It's strange for me to see a question like this;

I do see funny stuff on the net often, so I remember of laughing out loud...really out loud sometimes <.<", the last time I laughed untill I couldn't breathe and was crying, was at the cinema, I was watching Taxi 4.

I watched Blades of Glory and Hot Fuzz the other day and was cracking up at both.

"Are you an official here? Cause you've officially given me a boner"

Gotta watch BOG if you haven't seen it yet.
