I really liked the one from kingdom hearts. Basically there is an inventroy that can hold 99 of each item, but each character had a set limit of about 3-6 items that they could "equip" and use in battle. Outside of battle you could use any from the inventory and transfer items between characters and the inventory. Anyone want to help?
