Kingdom Hearts Final Mix +

As you may know (or not), Square-Enix is working on a remix of KH2 and KH:Chains of Memories named :
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix + (Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix & Kingdom Hearts Re-Chains of Memories).

Just like the first KH:FM this game will feature new bonuses and cutscenes, new weapons, new monsters quests, etc... and likely a new 'secret ending'.

The point is that it's almost certain that this game will never see the american or european shores, but are you still going to buy it?
As for me, I'm likely to buy it as soon as it comes out because I own a japanese PS2 and because I just can't miss any KH games.

KH2 was garbage. At least the first one was fun for a while (got boring at the end).. I barely made it to halloweentown on KH2 before I got bored and stopped.

I didn't really like the original, but KH2 was fun for me. However, I'm not going to buy yet another Squeenix remake, especially not in Japanese.

I love these Games. KH2 was awesome and so was KH. Although being bored is a real problem. I got bored with KH but after about a year or so... I got passed that blob in Monstro and started getting into the game. The Competition of actually beating the series before a friend of mine is actually what got me playing more.

My brother's friend was actually talking about this, and I was instantly excited. I love the Kingdom Hearts series.

So, they're still sticking to the cards? That'll be interesting.

What's interesting is that you basically have two games in one.

You can see it in the screens above but this time in the reverse mode we'll have the chance to fight Zexion with riku.

You know, they made a big deal about hiding what Zexion's weapon was in KH2. It'd almost be worth getting a japanese PS2 just to see what it was...

but I personally consider it garbage because...
both KH:CoM and KH2 are garbage.
KH should've stayed as KH.
also, this is not even a remake it's the SAME with some bonus stuff, and it's in Japanese...so not worth imo.

Well, the only thing I would find worth it is the KH:CoM since I don't really like playing thing on a gameboy advance (hey, so sue me if I like an audience when I play: a gameboy advance can't really have an audience with that small of a screen). However, I don't think I'd go out of my way and purchase another KH2 just for KH:CoM. Besides, things like this I have found rarely make it over to America. :\

Several websites and magazines have been buzzing that this will be released in English. I'll believe it when it happens though; we never get the good stuff.

I remember that there was a petition floating on the net for the first Final Mix to come out to the USA and europe but it didn't worked.

I honestly find this remake needed. I'm glad they made it so you had to actually explore areas like in the first KH in this. That was one of my complaints with KH2 (Well, that, and the story.). What I hope they add is more parts with Roxas, since I thought his story was way too underdeveloped.


What I'm really looking forward to is the CoM remake. They're taking the one story of the series I LOVED, and mixing it with a refined battle system with destructible enviroments. I for one, hope this does come to America, if only for CoM.

*sues* :p I do the same thing with StreetFighter lol everyones amazed at how I get perfects.

I planned on buying this from when I saw the RE:CoM screens last summer (yeah khinsider) but the jap is the only problem, I might get a jap PS2 just for this. If I do I'll get FFXII in jap and a few others I've been wanting to see in Japanese.

I think that this version is simply what we would have got if there were less constrictions on the first version plus an extra game, it's probably something for people who are fans of the series rather than people who just play it.

Yeah I agree lots of people complain about playing as Roxas that's the best part in the whole game besides Sephiroth to me because when you play as Sora it does see repetitive and bland.

I thought it was coming to the US. It's going to be Japanese with english Subtitles. That's what I saw on one website.
