Hi All, it's been a (very) long time since i've been through, but thought I may begin frequenting here again while I begin work on a new project.
For those that don't remember me (probably all of you), i've been hanging around here since back in the .net days. I've made a few small contributions to the community, among them documenting the rmxp's events, and writing a few somewhat-useful event systems.
Since the last time I visited, i've got a family and a real-world programming qualification, and i'm now running my own IT consultancy business while I work on a few web start-ups. I really don't think I would be in this career today if it wasn't for RMXP & game making in general, I may have stopped making event systems and instead spend my days buried in .net & js source code, but I still remember how much fun those early days buried in RMXP was.
I'm now working on an XBLIA game, partly becuase I want to write off the tax on my xbox, but mostly because I miss making games.
I'm intending to visit here relatively regularly, so anyone wanting help with C# or JS, i'm pretty damn good and always willing to help.
If I remember correctly, the right way to end a post is:
Peace
