Jumping Script?

Is there a way to make it so your character will jump forward (If the tile in the way is passable) when a certain key is pressed? I'm wondering because I'd like to make a jumping common events that would work with the 8-direction overworld movement script I am using.

Does anyone know if such a Jumping script exists? Oh and it'll need to be able to switch to another character set for a split second to have jumping poses. (With a sound effect too. =>)

This Advanced Movement Script, by SephirothSpawn, has many features, including jumping, and moving diagonally. It also features animations for jumping, and moving diagonally. Make sure to check out the Forum Script Listings and then the search function!
