Being the on and off person I am I might actually start developing a game using my own custom resources, but being the on and off person i am... I'm not as good as I used to be, so i made a workshop to share resources and get my work critiqued.(PS. Don't laugh at my horse crap resources, I'm just getting back in the scene)

Actually I like it. Looks pretty cool, I like the colors as well. I have some suggestions though and I have been known to be wrong but here they go...

1. I wouldnt mirror the hair shape. You might want to change it a little.
2. The design on the bandanner is a little odd... and it blends with the hair, id reduce the width on the cental area of the X shape.
3. Im not sure if thats meant to be blond hair under the bandanner or something else. Either way its too pale and almost invisable on the reduced views. I'd darken it a little.

1. Ill get that one done when I grasp more of a concept of spikes....
2. Ok I couldn't change the width or else it looked ..... odd, so i changed the design, hair blending part I'm trying to fix but the hair color and bandanna color are.... close, so that's a challenge
3. Soon I'm gonna make his skin darker so don't worry on that one.

It's a reasonably good start. The design is interesting. What does the yellow represent?

Well his hair is reddish and dyed yellow towards the bottom, so its the bottom half of his hair.
I just like the multi-tone idea to put it easy.

Okay on the bandanna design... Idea 02. Could you change it to have a 2 pixel-wide cross?

It might make it look more like a cross? I'm not sure if you're working from a refference picture so I don't know if an "X" is what you're going for? isntead of this ">--<" which you currently have?

yeah im going more for the ">--<" but the problem is the width of the bandanna so i have to fix that, so it looks.... better, i can make the cross either unless I do that first.

The blond hair at the face level is lacking in definition. It'll need a somewhat darker outline to offset it.

Make a dark outline around it? Ok i will try that but so far, I had to change the bandanna size to fit the design, and i got this

The hair is still looking camoflarged. Also with the design on the bandanner, scrapping the need to make it more cross like, you'll need to make it stand out more, its looking as faded as the hair is.

Yeah, im not getting it on the yellow part, im not going to lie.
But its hard to find non blendable colors, the bandannas his trademark, and when coloring my drawings of him I never came across this problem because black lines....
Oh, well not giving up now.

1.I gave the bandanner an extra line of pixels
2.I defined the logo a little
3.I changed the hair a little giving it a darker color trying to make it stand out a little
4.I put a shadow under the hair to further define it.

I'd make the yellow part of his hair, at least near the top, a little more orangey-red....as it is, it looks like he has some strange goggles or something.  Alternatively, put the hair on top of the bandanna to show the transition from red to blonde.

His hair is dyed around that area so its fully blonde at one area and fully red at another, the bandanna is extremely huge so you wont really be able to notice even if a transition was there. He tucks his hair under the bandanna also, and he only parts the sides of it, to cover the rest of the bandanna

Ok, I finished up a bit, I ended up with this, its not perfect yet, but thanks for the help so far, also the hair covers the bandanna towards the sides and back, and I tried to show that in the back of the head.

Hmmm....the back of the head doesn't seem right to me.  The blonde part, aside from being greenish, is all one color. That color will work as a highlight, because it's lower, but it needs some contrast to show that it's hair and not a piece of cheese.

Ok guys im workin on another just a problem, I don't quite get how to do the spiked hair, also spiked hair going from up to down.... other than that I would be shooting these out my anal cavity.
