Jesus didn't have that Holy Circle upon his head. It seems like an angel, maybe Gabriel.

:D Thanks for all the wonderful feedback. I always love Comments and Critiscism. Anyways, I have a few questions and statements to reply to:
#1. I acknowledge now that his beard is not there. I forgot.
#2. I added the Halo last, as it symbolizes innocence and holiness, a feature I'm sure you'll agree, Jesus had. Though normally he is depicted without it, in a few he does have it, and I went with it.
#3. Yes, recent speculations have concurred that Jesus was indeed black due to his upbringing in an Arab country. This being said, the original, christian idealistic look of Jesus was what I chose because it is most familiar with the wider audience.
#4. I added the black interior lines because the lack of contrast made it all blend in far too well. I thought about adjusting contrast, but that really didn't work to well.
#5. I love your template, Cortez, and am honoured you even replied to this. You are an outstanding Pixel Artist in my opinion, as am sure is also the opinion of others.
#6. And please, keep the critiscism coming, as I apply comments and critiscism to all my work, especially my tile-setting. As I am a better tilesetter than spriter.

im glad yer making the lord... and just cuz he was in the olden times doesnt mean he had a beard... tho it is most probable... whether jesus was black or white... i dunno... but yer doing a fine job in making him... he looks abit... young tho... and maybe make his garments look more... israelian(did i spell that right?(he looks like he's wearing a dress... no offense...)) and that would help too...

Why the blue eyes? why so pale? Why so caucasican?

He should be a dark skinned, jewish-looking hippie-style guy from 30 A.C.
Instead it looks like a TV show healer/savior sect-leader from the 70's.
Even so, the chara looks great... Not so "Jesus"... but it has good shades and well done hair. But the eyes lack contrast. They look empty.
