Japanese text. And I'm not japanese.

I'm trying to install a program, but the problem is that the installer in in Japanese.
While installing, a window pops up, and asks for some sort of file or folder. But I don't know what it's looking for.

Does anyone know what it says?

No idea. Are you running the program for non-Unicode programs using Japanese Unicode under the Regional and Language / Administration Tab? Did you try Applocale.msi?

Its asking where it can install. It won't install without a directory. She/he has to find a place for it and then hit the button on the right.

This is not it. I already chose that prior to installation, in the wizard. It was already installing, and then this dialog popped up. So it's not asking for a directory to install to.
I'm installing IllustStudio 1.0

I'm in Japanese Unicode, for Regional and Language. But I don't know how to use Applocale.msi and where to get it. Could you help me find out?

Never mind guys, it was an issue with the extraction of the .rar
It's all fixed.

It ends up that the dialog was looking for a file that was part of the installation. Because when I unrared the installation files, the folder names were all screwed up and not in their correct JP characters, it couldn't find the file. So I ran WinRAR and extracted the .rar through AppLocale and it all worked

Oh, well glad you got it to work.

I installed and it showed the same screen after I selected the destination to install. So then I picked the folder again and then it worked....
